Constellations

Together, we can gently untangle the mystery of how things got to be the way they are.

What is a Family Constellation?

A constellation is a powerful process that helps us make sense of patterns of behavior that connect to our family history. Our brains are hardwired to seek belonging in our family, and each family system carries an unspoken rulebook for how to belong. Living within these unspoken rulebooks can block us from creating fulfilling work, stable relationships, and feeling joy.

As early as 4 months of age, babies read the emotional cues of their primary caregiver and adjust their own emotional expression according to what the caregiver welcomes or tolerates.

The child may then grow up being able to express and welcome only those emotions accepted by the caregiver, limiting their authenticity.

Whether you have relationship, financial, health, or career issues, constellations can help. They unveil unconscious contracts we’ve made in order to belong, be accepted, or survive emotionally. When we name and contextualize these contracts, our brain is freed to act from choice rather than from these outdated contracts that no longer serve us.

Fees

My rate for facilitating your private constellation is $175 per hour, and it can last around 2 hours. If this is financially challenging, I can pro-rate the time and see what I can do within shorter timeframe. You are welcome to bring representatives.

If you would like me to gather representatives (usually 5) the cost is $450 for 2 hours.

I accept payment through Zelle, check, or PayPal (please absorb the fee).

Frequently Asked Questions

Family constellation work is an opportunity for personal growth and transformation. This work is not therapy and is not a substitute for therapy. If you have a sense that you would be destabilized by yourself or others speaking about difficult events, then this manner of healing may not be for you. While I hope that the process can be of use in your journey, I do not have the resources to support extreme psychological difficulties.
