I'll maintain a light-hearted yet sacred atmosphere, making your ceremony joyful and memorable.
Providing Beautiful Wedding Ceremonies
in the San Francisco Bay Area and Beyond
As your wedding officiant, I'll oversee the big picture your ceremony, allowing you to relax and enjoy your special day. I specialize in creating meaningful, memorable, and love-filled ceremonies in a warm and inclusive setting.
My ceremonies are primarily non-denominational but adaptable to your tradition: heartfelt, romantic, and spiritual without being religious, or completely secular. My approach is light-hearted, aiming to keep the atmosphere joyful.
As a minister, I respect and embrace various religious traditions, weaving personal elements into the ceremony that reflect your style and personality. You can write your own vows, include personal or humorous ones, or use my time-tested vows.
I enjoy gently involving your friends and family, creating a sense of participation and support in the room. If you have children, they can also be included in family vows.
I often create unique and unconventional ceremonies. I'm available for elopements, and can guide you through the entire process, from obtaining a marriage license to getting your certified copy. If you're coming to the San Francisco Bay Area from out of town, I have access to various creative venues and have resources for flowers, hotels, restaurants, etc.
Whether you dream of a wedding on a yacht on the bay, a historic church, a tranquil redwood grove, a resort, the beach, a backyard, or something in between, we can make it happen.
Whether it’s a gathering of 5 or 500 folks, I'll maintain a light-hearted yet sacred atmosphere. Many couples hear from their guests that their wedding was the best and most meaningful they've ever attended.
Here are a few things you can count on:
I’m a well-experienced, professional officiant.
My voice carries, but is also kind and warm.
I offer sophistication, integrity, and humor.
I’m always on time, accommodating, and attentive to detail.
If something “comes up” during the ceremony, such as runaway ring bearers, readers with stage fright, crying children (or adults), I’m flexible, emotionally present, and spontaneous.

Pricing depends on the complexity of your wedding and how far I’m traveling. A rehearsal is an extra fee, but we usually don’t need it. The price range is approximately $600–$1500 for local weddings. The price I give you will have no hidden or extra charges. When you decide to work with me, you pay 50% as a non-refundable deposit. The balance is due one month prior to the wedding (except for elopements). If you cancel within 3 months of the wedding date, you do not have to make the final payment.

I will send you the ceremony draft with options, and then you send it back with your changes, ideas for readings and additions, and possibly some personal vows. We might go back and forth on the phone or Zoom (usually 2 or 3 times) as I craft the ceremony to fit your personal style. I want you to be really happy with it. I’m available for questions and last minute changes.
